We’re committed to making things right if your order doesn’t meet expectations. If your tractor or farm equipment arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, you have the option to return it within 7 days of delivery.

To begin the return process, simply reach out to us at admin@farmersequipment.org with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our support team will respond promptly and walk you through the return steps — including helping to coordinate return shipping if needed.

We understand the logistics of handling large equipment and are here to make the return process as straightforward and fair as possible.


📦 Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in unused, original condition, with all parts, documentation, and packaging intact.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
  • Unfortunately, custom-built tractors or special-order equipment cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or are proven faulty.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Once approved:

  • A full or partial refund (minus original shipping charges and restocking fees, if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method.
  • You can expect your refund to appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
